How to Convert Multiple ARW Images to ICO?
1. Download and Install reaConverter
Download reaConverter and install it in seconds. The setup is straightforward — no complex configuration, no extra software required. reaConverter also includes editing tools: resize, crop, rotate, and more.
2. Load your ARW files
Launch reaConverter and drop in your ARW files. The software queues everything for batch processing with consistent settings.
Drop your ARW files into the window or use File menu to browse and select folders.

3. Select ICO as output format
Choose ICO for output and set your save location. reaConverter lets you customize quality and apply edits before conversion.

4. Start ARW to ICO conversion
Hit Convert and let reaConverter do the work. The progress window shows status for each file in real time.

After conversion, find your ICO files in the output folder. Click 'Show converted files' to open it directly.
Before you convert ARW to ICO
ARW files hold unprocessed sensor data, so white balance and exposure are still adjustable. Converting to ICO bakes those decisions into the pixels, and highlight recovery is no longer available afterwards. Set white balance and exposure before the run rather than after. ICO stores a limited palette rather than full colour, so the conversion has to reduce the number of distinct colours. Photographic content shows this as banding, while flat graphics and icons usually survive it untouched.
