How to Convert Multiple ARW Images to TGA?
1. Download and Install reaConverter

2. Load your ARW files
Add ARW files to reaConverter. One file or a thousand, the process is the same. Everything runs locally on your machine.
Drag-and-drop ARWs directly into reaConverter or use the folder browser to load entire directories.
3. Select TGA as output format
Select TGA as target format and pick where to save results. You can keep default settings or fine-tune the output.
4. Start ARW to TGA conversion

ARW to TGA: what to expect from the conversion
ARW files hold unprocessed sensor data, so white balance and exposure are still adjustable. Converting to TGA bakes those decisions into the pixels, and highlight recovery is no longer available afterwards. Set white balance and exposure before the run rather than after. ARW carries 14 bits per channel and TGA carries 8, so tonal steps get coarser during conversion. It shows up first in smooth gradients such as skies. If the result will be edited further, move to an 8-bit format only at the very end.
