How to Convert Multiple DIC Images to JPG?
1. Download and Install reaConverter

2. Load your DIC files

How DIC and JPG differ in practice
DIC stores 16-bit greyscale covering the full dynamic range of the scan, and JPG shows 8 bits. The conversion applies a window level, so what ends up visible depends on the window you choose. Decide separately whether patient metadata should be copied to the output or stripped from it. One DIC file can hold several pages or frames, while JPG holds one image each. reaConverter writes a separate output file per page and numbers them, so a single input can produce a whole folder of results.
