How to Convert Multiple DNG Images to PLT?
1. Download and Install reaConverter
reaConverter is a standalone Windows app — download, install, and start converting DNG files in under two minutes. Apply image edits like resize, crop, or color adjustment while converting.
2. Load your DNG files
Launch reaConverter and load the DNG files you want to convert. Add a few files or thousands, batch processing handles them all.
Drag files into the window, use the Add Files button, or select entire folders.
3. Select PLT as output format
Select PLT from the output format list and set your destination folder. You can also adjust quality and compression settings.
4. Start DNG to PLT conversion

How DNG and PLT differ in practice
DNG files hold unprocessed sensor data, so white balance and exposure are still adjustable. Converting to PLT bakes those decisions into the pixels, and highlight recovery is no longer available afterwards. Set white balance and exposure before the run rather than after. DNG is made of pixels and PLT is a geometry format, so the two describe images in fundamentally different ways. Check the result before sending it downstream: what matters is whether the output contains editable geometry or a picture placed inside a PLT container, and that determines whether a CAD or design tool can work with it.
