How to Convert Multiple DNG Images to STL?
1. Download and Install reaConverter
reaConverter is a standalone Windows app — download, install, and start converting DNG files in under two minutes. You can also resize, crop, and adjust images during conversion.
2. Load your DNG files
Start reaConverter and add your .dng files. The software processes everything locally, so your files never leave your computer.
Add files by dragging them in, browsing folders, or using the right-click menu from Windows Explorer.

3. Select STL as output format
Choose STL as the target format. Pick a destination folder or let reaConverter save files alongside the originals.

4. Start DNG to STL conversion
Then simply press the Convert button and your conversion will begin in no time!

Once the conversion is complete, you can find your STL files in the destination folder you selected.
How DNG and STL differ in practice
DNG files hold unprocessed sensor data, so white balance and exposure are still adjustable. Converting to STL bakes those decisions into the pixels, and highlight recovery is no longer available afterwards. Set white balance and exposure before the run rather than after. DNG is made of pixels and STL is a geometry format, so the two describe images in fundamentally different ways. Check the result before sending it downstream: what matters is whether the output contains editable geometry or a picture placed inside a STL container, and that determines whether a CAD or design tool can work with it.
