How to Convert Multiple EXR Images to TIFF?
1. Download and Install reaConverter

2. Load your EXR files

EXR to TIFF: what carries over and what does not
EXR carries 32 bits per channel and TIFF carries 16, so tonal steps get coarser during conversion. It shows up first in smooth gradients such as skies. If the result will be edited further, move to a 16-bit format only at the very end.
