How to Convert Multiple HEIC Images to JXR?
1. Download and Install reaConverter

2. Load your HEIC files

HEIC to JXR: what to expect from the conversion
HEIC and JXR both compress by discarding data, so this is a re-encode rather than a copy. The output is built from already-compressed pixels, and the artefacts of the first encode are carried into the second. Use a high quality setting, and convert from the original whenever you still have it. One HEIC file can hold several pages or frames, while JXR holds one image each. reaConverter writes a separate output file per page and numbers them, so a single input can produce a whole folder of results.
