How to Convert Multiple HEIF Images to JXR?
1. Download and Install reaConverter
reaConverter is a standalone Windows app — download, install, and start converting HEIF files in under two minutes. Apply image edits like resize, crop, or color adjustment while converting.
2. Load your HEIF files
Add HEIF files to reaConverter. One file or a thousand, the process is the same. Everything runs locally on your machine.
You can drag-and-drop files, browse to a folder, or add entire directory trees including subfolders.
3. Select JXR as output format
Select JXR from the output format list and set your destination folder. You can also adjust quality and compression settings.
4. Start HEIF to JXR conversion

Before you convert HEIF to JXR
HEIF and JXR both compress by discarding data, so this is a re-encode rather than a copy. The output is built from already-compressed pixels, and the artefacts of the first encode are carried into the second. Use a high quality setting, and convert from the original whenever you still have it. One HEIF file can hold several pages or frames, while JXR holds one image each. reaConverter writes a separate output file per page and numbers them, so a single input can produce a whole folder of results.
