How to Convert Multiple NEF Images to DXF?
1. Download and Install reaConverter

2. Load your NEF files
Load your NEF files into reaConverter. You can add individual files or point to folders, and the software will queue everything automatically.
Drop your NEF files into the window or use File menu to browse and select folders.
3. Select DXF as output format
Choose DXF as the target format. Pick a destination folder or let reaConverter save files alongside the originals.
4. Start NEF to DXF conversion

What changes when you convert NEF to DXF
NEF files hold unprocessed sensor data, so white balance and exposure are still adjustable. Converting to DXF bakes those decisions into the pixels, and highlight recovery is no longer available afterwards. Set white balance and exposure before the run rather than after. NEF is made of pixels and DXF is a geometry format, so the two describe images in fundamentally different ways. Check the result before sending it downstream: what matters is whether the output contains editable geometry or a picture placed inside a DXF container, and that determines whether a CAD or design tool can work with it.
