How to Convert Multiple PEF Images to DXF?
1. Download and Install reaConverter
Install reaConverter for fast PEF conversion. Quick setup, then you're ready to process entire photo shoots. You can also resize, crop, and adjust images during conversion.
2. Load your PEF files
Start reaConverter and add your .pef files. The software processes everything locally, so your files never leave your computer.
Add files by dragging them in, browsing folders, or using the right-click menu from Windows Explorer.

3. Select DXF as output format
Pick DXF as output format and choose the destination folder where you want to save new .dxf files.

4. Start PEF to DXF conversion
Then simply press the Convert button and your conversion will begin in no time!

Once the conversion is complete, you can find your DXF files in the destination folder you selected.
Before you convert PEF to DXF
PEF files hold unprocessed sensor data, so white balance and exposure are still adjustable. Converting to DXF bakes those decisions into the pixels, and highlight recovery is no longer available afterwards. Set white balance and exposure before the run rather than after. PEF is made of pixels and DXF is a geometry format, so the two describe images in fundamentally different ways. Check the result before sending it downstream: what matters is whether the output contains editable geometry or a picture placed inside a DXF container, and that determines whether a CAD or design tool can work with it.
