How to Convert Multiple PSD Images to PPM?
1. Download and Install reaConverter
reaConverter is a standalone Windows app — download, install, and start converting PSD files in under two minutes. You can also resize, crop, and adjust images during conversion.
2. Load your PSD files
Add PSD files to reaConverter. One file or a thousand, the process is the same. Everything runs locally on your machine.
You can drag-and-drop files, browse to a folder, or add entire directory trees including subfolders.

3. Select PPM as output format
Select PPM from the output format list and set your destination folder. You can also adjust quality and compression settings.

4. Start PSD to PPM conversion
Click the Convert button to start. reaConverter will process all your files with the settings you selected.

When finished, your new .ppm files will be waiting in the destination folder.
PSD to PPM: what carries over and what does not
PSD can carry an alpha channel and PPM cannot. Transparent areas are composited onto a solid background during conversion, so pick that background colour deliberately: white is the default, and it is rarely the right choice for a logo that will sit on a dark page. PSD files are often prepared in CMYK for print, and PPM is an RGB format. Colours are converted between the two spaces during the run, and saturated print colours can shift visibly. If the output is heading back to print, keep an untouched copy of the original.
