How to Convert Multiple RAW Images to JPEG?
1. Download and Install reaConverter

2. Load your RAW files
Launch reaConverter and load the RAW files you want to convert. Add a few files or thousands, batch processing handles them all.

3. Select JPEG as output format
Select JPEG from the output format list and set your destination folder. You can also adjust quality and compression settings.
4. Start RAW to JPEG conversion

How RAW and JPEG differ in practice
RAW files hold unprocessed sensor data, so white balance and exposure are still adjustable. Converting to JPEG bakes those decisions into the pixels, and highlight recovery is no longer available afterwards. Set white balance and exposure before the run rather than after. RAW carries 14 bits per channel and JPEG carries 8, so tonal steps get coarser during conversion. It shows up first in smooth gradients such as skies. If the result will be edited further, move to an 8-bit format only at the very end.
