How to Convert Multiple TIF Images to BMP?
1. Download and Install reaConverter Lite
reaConverter Lite is quick to download, easy to install, and ready to launch in seconds. This lightweight, standalone software is highly efficient at handling a wide range of batch image conversions. Plus, it lets you apply essential image editing options — such as resizing, rotating, or adjusting quality — during the conversion process.
2. Load your TIF files
Add TIF files to reaConverter. One file or a thousand, the process is the same. Everything runs locally on your machine.
You can drag-and-drop files, browse to a folder, or add entire directory trees including subfolders.

3. Select BMP as output format
Select BMP from the output format list and set your destination folder. You can also adjust quality and compression settings.

4. Start TIF to BMP conversion
Click the Convert button to start. reaConverter will process all your files with the settings you selected.

When finished, your new .bmp files will be waiting in the destination folder.
TIF to BMP: what to expect from the conversion
TIF can carry an alpha channel and BMP cannot. Transparent areas are composited onto a solid background during conversion, so pick that background colour deliberately: white is the default, and it is rarely the right choice for a logo that will sit on a dark page. TIF files are often prepared in CMYK for print, and BMP is an RGB format. Colours are converted between the two spaces during the run, and saturated print colours can shift visibly. If the output is heading back to print, keep an untouched copy of the original.
