How to Convert Multiple TIF Images to U3D?
1. Download and Install reaConverter
reaConverter is a standalone Windows app — download, install, and start converting TIF files in under two minutes. Need edits? Resize, rotate, or add watermarks during conversion.
2. Load your TIF files
Add TIF files to reaConverter. One file or a thousand, the process is the same. Everything runs locally on your machine.
You can drag-and-drop files, browse to a folder, or add entire directory trees including subfolders.

3. Select U3D as output format
Select U3D from the output format list and set your destination folder. You can also adjust quality and compression settings.

4. Start TIF to U3D conversion
Click the Convert button to start. reaConverter will process all your files with the settings you selected.

When finished, your new .u3d files will be waiting in the destination folder.
Before you convert TIF to U3D
TIF is made of pixels and U3D is a geometry format, so the two describe images in fundamentally different ways. Check the result before sending it downstream: what matters is whether the output contains editable geometry or a picture placed inside a U3D container, and that determines whether a CAD or design tool can work with it. One TIF file can hold several pages or frames, while U3D holds one image each. reaConverter writes a separate output file per page and numbers them, so a single input can produce a whole folder of results.
