How to Convert Multiple BMP Images to EMF?
1. Download and Install reaConverter
First, grab reaConverter from the download button below. Installation is fast, and the software runs offline — no account or signup needed. You can also resize, crop, and adjust images during conversion.
2. Load your BMP files
Launch reaConverter and load the BMP files you want to convert. Add a few files or thousands, batch processing handles them all.
Drag-and-drop BMPs directly into reaConverter or use the folder browser to load entire directories.

3. Select EMF as output format
Set EMF as output format and select where to save your converted files. Customize quality settings if needed.

4. Start BMP to EMF conversion
Press Convert to begin processing. You can watch the progress or minimize and let it run in the background.

Your converted EMF files will appear in the destination folder as soon as processing completes.
Before you convert BMP to EMF
BMP is made of pixels and EMF is a geometry format, so the two describe images in fundamentally different ways. Check the result before sending it downstream: what matters is whether the output contains editable geometry or a picture placed inside a EMF container, and that determines whether a CAD or design tool can work with it.
