How to Convert Multiple EXR Images to SHP?
1. Download and Install reaConverter
reaConverter installs quickly on any Windows PC. No dependencies, no bloatware — just a clean setup that's ready to use immediately. You can also resize, crop, and adjust images during conversion.
2. Load your EXR files
Load your EXR files into reaConverter. You can add individual files or point to folders, and the software will queue everything automatically.
Select EXRs from a folder or drag-and-drop them directly into the reaConverter window.

3. Select SHP as output format
Choose SHP for output and set your save location. reaConverter lets you customize quality and apply edits before conversion.

4. Start EXR to SHP conversion
Press the Convert button and reaConverter takes care of the rest. Processing time depends on file size and volume.

After processing, find all your new .shp files in the output location. The log shows details for each conversion.
How EXR and SHP differ in practice
EXR is made of pixels and SHP is a geometry format, so the two describe images in fundamentally different ways. Check the result before sending it downstream: what matters is whether the output contains editable geometry or a picture placed inside a SHP container, and that determines whether a CAD or design tool can work with it.
