How to Convert Multiple ICO Images to PCX?
1. Download and Install reaConverter
reaConverter installs quickly on any Windows PC. No dependencies, no bloatware — just a clean setup that's ready to use immediately. Apply image edits like resize, crop, or color adjustment while converting.
2. Load your ICO files
Load your ICO files into reaConverter. You can add individual files or point to folders, and the software will queue everything automatically.
Select ICOs from a folder or drag-and-drop them directly into the reaConverter window.

3. Select PCX as output format
Choose PCX for output and set your save location. reaConverter lets you customize quality and apply edits before conversion.

4. Start ICO to PCX conversion
Press the Convert button and reaConverter takes care of the rest. Processing time depends on file size and volume.

After processing, find all your new .pcx files in the output location. The log shows details for each conversion.
What changes when you convert ICO to PCX
ICO can carry an alpha channel and PCX cannot. Transparent areas are composited onto a solid background during conversion, so pick that background colour deliberately: white is the default, and it is rarely the right choice for a logo that will sit on a dark page. One ICO file can hold several pages or frames, while PCX holds one image each. reaConverter writes a separate output file per page and numbers them, so a single input can produce a whole folder of results.
