How to Convert Multiple JXR Images to BMP?
1. Download and Install reaConverter Lite
reaConverter Lite is quick to download, easy to install, and ready to launch in seconds. This lightweight, standalone software is highly efficient at handling a wide range of batch image conversions. Plus, it lets you apply essential image editing options — such as resizing, rotating, or adjusting quality — during the conversion process.
2. Load your JXR files
Load your JXR files into reaConverter. You can add individual files or point to folders, and the software will queue everything automatically.
Select JXRs from a folder or drag-and-drop them directly into the reaConverter window.

3. Select BMP as output format
Choose BMP for output and set your save location. reaConverter lets you customize quality and apply edits before conversion.

4. Start JXR to BMP conversion
Press the Convert button and reaConverter takes care of the rest. Processing time depends on file size and volume.

After processing, find all your new .bmp files in the output location. The log shows details for each conversion.
How JXR and BMP differ in practice
JXR can carry an alpha channel and BMP cannot. Transparent areas are composited onto a solid background during conversion, so pick that background colour deliberately: white is the default, and it is rarely the right choice for a logo that will sit on a dark page. BMP is lossless, so nothing further is discarded during conversion. What it cannot do is restore detail that JXR compression already removed, and the output file will usually be considerably larger.
