How to Convert Multiple PCX Images to PS?
1. Download and Install reaConverter
reaConverter installs quickly on any Windows PC. No dependencies, no bloatware — just a clean setup that's ready to use immediately. You can also resize, crop, and adjust images during conversion.
2. Load your PCX files
Load your PCX files into reaConverter. You can add individual files or point to folders, and the software will queue everything automatically.
Select PCXs from a folder or drag-and-drop them directly into the reaConverter window.

3. Select PS as output format
Choose PS for output and set your save location. reaConverter lets you customize quality and apply edits before conversion.

4. Start PCX to PS conversion
Press the Convert button and reaConverter takes care of the rest. Processing time depends on file size and volume.

After processing, find all your new .ps files in the output location. The log shows details for each conversion.
How PCX and PS differ in practice
PS is a page format, so each PCX image is placed on a page rather than converted into something else. Two settings decide how the result looks: the DPI, which fixes how large the image sits on the page, and whether a batch becomes one file per image or a single merged document. reaConverter can do either.
