Convert PDN to PPM

1. Download and Install reaConverter

2. Load your PDN files

Load your PDN files into reaConverter. You can add individual files or point to folders, and the software will queue everything automatically.

Select PDNs from a folder or drag-and-drop them directly into the reaConverter window.

3. Select PPM as output format

Choose PPM for output and set your save location. reaConverter lets you customize quality and apply edits before conversion.

4. Start PDN to PPM conversion

Press the Convert button and reaConverter takes care of the rest. Processing time depends on file size and volume.

After processing, find all your new .ppm files in the output location. The log shows details for each conversion.

What changes when you convert PDN to PPM

PDN can carry an alpha channel and PPM cannot. Transparent areas are composited onto a solid background during conversion, so pick that background colour deliberately: white is the default, and it is rarely the right choice for a logo that will sit on a dark page. One PDN file can hold several pages or frames, while PPM holds one image each. reaConverter writes a separate output file per page and numbers them, so a single input can produce a whole folder of results.
