How to Convert Multiple PS Files to JXL?
1. Download and Install reaConverter
First, grab reaConverter from the download button below. Installation is fast, and the software runs offline — no account or signup needed.
2. Load your PS files
Open reaConverter and add your PS files. You can load individual files, entire folders, or even nested subfolders.
Drop your PS files into the window or use File menu to browse and select folders.

3. Select JXL as output format
Choose JXL as the target format. Pick a destination folder or let reaConverter save files alongside the originals.

4. Start PS to JXL conversion
Hit Convert and let reaConverter do the work. The progress window shows status for each file in real time.

After conversion, find your JXL files in the output folder. Click 'Show converted files' to open it directly.
Before you convert PS to JXL
PS describes geometry rather than pixels, so it has no inherent resolution. The conversion renders it at whatever size you choose, and that choice is final: enlarging the JXL afterwards will not recover the sharpness. Set the output dimensions or DPI before converting, not after. PS files are often prepared in CMYK for print, and JXL is an RGB format. Colours are converted between the two spaces during the run, and saturated print colours can shift visibly. If the output is heading back to print, keep an untouched copy of the original.
