How to Convert Multiple PSD Images to PCX?
1. Download and Install reaConverter
Download reaConverter and install it in seconds. The setup is straightforward — no complex configuration, no extra software required. Need edits? Resize, rotate, or add watermarks during conversion.
2. Load your PSD files
Open reaConverter and add your PSD files. You can load individual files, entire folders, or even nested subfolders.
Drop your PSD files into the window or use File menu to browse and select folders.

3. Select PCX as output format
Choose PCX as the target format. Pick a destination folder or let reaConverter save files alongside the originals.

Hit Convert and let reaConverter do the work. The progress window shows status for each file in real time.

After conversion, find your PCX files in the output folder. Click 'Show converted files' to open it directly.
PSD to PCX: what carries over and what does not
PSD can carry an alpha channel and PCX cannot. Transparent areas are composited onto a solid background during conversion, so pick that background colour deliberately: white is the default, and it is rarely the right choice for a logo that will sit on a dark page. PCX stores a limited palette rather than full colour, so the conversion has to reduce the number of distinct colours. Photographic content shows this as banding, while flat graphics and icons usually survive it untouched.
